Successfully completed studies focusing on human resources management, legal or social sciences Multiannual professional experience in a generalistic HR function with sound knowledge in pay accounting well-founded knowledge in individual and collective labour law as well as company constitutional law very good knowledge of labour, wage and social security law Experience in cooperation with works council, authorities and external partners strong social competence and communication skills multiannual leadership experience in cooperative and a cooperative and value-assurance leadership style Efforts to make decisions, enforcement and sense of responsibility analytical skills, care, self-responsibility and good communication skills
