With the job program "Jobstarter" the Klinikum Fürth graduate wants to facilitate the entry into the professional life of nursing training. In addition to technical integration, we offer you a special starting aid program over the period of 6 months. So you are gaining security in the new role and can network with other job starters.

Details about the job program: • You have the opportunity to get to know different stations before you decide for a team in the long term. • Every month you will be invited to a “Jobstarter Lunch”. Here are various contact persons: inside the clinic and you can connect to other job starters. • A personal job pilot will help you with advice and action. • Employment is possible in full or part-time. • You receive an unlimited contract of employment.

Your duties • Basic and treatment care of the patient • Collection and determination of individual care needs • Organisation, design and control of the care process • Participation in practical care training • Advise, initiate and support • Communication and cooperation with other professional groups • Participation in improving professional practice

Your profile • Professional qualification as a nurse (w/m/d) before max. 6 months • Curiosity to get to know different teams and locations in the centre • High sense of responsibility • Team-oriented communication skills • High level of motivation, willingness to learn and technical understanding
