We are looking for a dedicated Senior Personnel (m/w/d) for the next possible time for the billing of charges, which contributes with sound expertise and organizational skills to ensure the pay and salary billing of our employees smoothly and accurately.

Tasks:

• Pre- and on-time preparation of the pay bill for a defined group of employees in the SAP HCM system, taking into account different collective agreements and non-tariff regulations, as well as the relevant wage tax, social insurance and supplementary pension regulations
• Responsibility for the follow-up activities of the monthly billing run (payment run, voting pay payments with booking)
• Contact person for our employees, managers and specialists in questions on pay billing, correspondence with offices and external authorities
• Monitoring the digital reporting process to external authorities and interfaces as well as compiling appropriate certificates
• Responsibility for the assessment of special accounting groups (students, students, trainees, slightly paid employees, temporary employees, employed pensioners)
• Handling
• Establishment and verification of additional public service obligations
• Creation of evaluations and supervision of certification and maintenance of personal files
• Supporting the telephone hotline for a defined area as well as cooperation and support in defined HR projects

Requirements:

• Successfully completed three years of commercial training or completed university studies (Diplom FH/Bachelor) with an economic orientation
• At least 5 years
• Current, profound knowledge of working, collective, social security law and SAP HCM knowledge
• Understanding economic, structural and process relationships
• Embossed team capacity, communication strength and enforcement capability
