Meat Reseller / Master / Specialist for LMT - for sausage production (m/w/d) Reference number: 17659 Material supply: Ensuring the provision of raw, auxiliary and operating materials including weighing and batch preparation Sausage production & plant operation: production of raw, cooked and brewed sausage as well as operation and monitoring of production plants (e.g. wolves, mixers, silos, cutters) Quality controls: quality and material controls to ensure perfect processing Hygiene & food regulations: Responsibility for compliance with all hygiene and food requirements in the production process

Training: completed training for the meat-sergeelle / master, or specialist for food technology - with corresponding professional experience. Working methods: understanding of quality, hygiene and cleanliness; independent and careful work in the team Working time: 5 days – week, on regulated working hours with willingness to shift to night shift. Language skills: good German skills are advantageous
