You assume the overall responsibility for finance and accounting of several German locations You lead and develop a local team in the field of accounting and controlling with a focus on factory controlling You control and monitor professionally an international shared service center You are responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS You will ensure a binding and timely monthly financial statements You are responsible for budget planning, forecasts and liquidity management You create meaningful management reports and key figures You act as a central contact for management, auditors, tax advisors and banks You continuously develop financial processes, systems and controlling structures You prepare resilient decision bases for top management

You have profound leadership experience in financial and accounting, ideally in a manufacturing company You have very good knowledge of financial accounting, cost accounting as well as in the degree according to HGB and IFRS You are safe in the financial management of complex organizations You bring experience in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders You work routined with a common ERP system and are ready to work into new systems You control MS Excel at expert level You communicate safely in English; German knowledge is of advantage, but not absolutely necessary You are characterized by a pronounced hand-on mentality, high number affinity and entrepreneurial thinking You convince by communication strength, enforceability and pragmatism
