Kick-off appointment at the car dealer in southern Germany on the topic (after-) sales including interviewing employees and management and drawing up measures, as part of a training/ coaching, which you yourself carry out Follow-up appointment at the car dealer in northern Germany to review the implementation of the developed measures and subsequent documentation of the status quo Work at home office on a strategy project for digitalization and e-mobility for a foreign manufacturer/importer Online appointment for clarification of open questions with a car dealer you accompany in change processes Internal training on change management and personal meeting with your project team and colleagues in the office

Very good business studies or training with related professional experience Insufficient experience in business consulting, the automotive industry or the automotive trade with a focus on sales and service Passion for numbers and people You score through a creative mindset, conceptual strength and enthusiasm German at least on C1 level, very good English and MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint) You are open to a travel activity of at least 3 days a week
