You are responsible for the foundation of our future and make sure that our IT is stable, safe and efficient. In the long term, you will form an infra structure that enables growth and assures quality.

As a responsible person (m/w/d) for our IT infrastructure, you are rebuilding our network, server and cloud landscape and continue to develop it strategically. These include the property and operational conversion of a scalable hybrid cloud setup (Azure First). Stability, Perfor­mance and Professio­nality are in your hands: you optimise all business-critical systems – from ERP to POS, e-commerce and logistics – and establish binding standards, mono-toring, documenization and SLAs. In your role as a manager, you conduct a small, modern IT team on, create clear responsibilities and develop modern, efficient operating processes. As a key figure of our digital transformation, you actively accompany ERP conversion to Microsoft Business Central and bring Shopware, Filial IT, Logistics, Security and Workplace Management to an integrated overall architecture. You work closely with the management, ERP team, e-commerce and logistics. Design is not a buzzword for you: You will receive real scope for business, will be in direct exchange with the management and will implement topics quickly – with an answer that looks visible, instead of in the meeting marathon.

Long-standing experience in IT infrastructure and practice in network, server, cloud and security environments – ideally including inclusive migrations or hybrid setups. Leadership or clear understanding: experience in leading roles or as a responsible project or project Infrastructure Manager (m/w/d) mit Hands-on-Mentalität. Safe in the operation of complex IT landscapes: know-how in ERP environments, multi-location setups, branch networking and professional IT operations (staffs, SLAs, monitoring and security). Structure, pragmatism and willingness to design: You have a small team, create clear procedures and want to move in a medium-size environment.
