A completed training as a health and (children)career with specialist training for the surgical service or surgical assistant and have a further training to lead a station function department or have the will to acquire it Willingness to interdisciplinary cooperation as well as a trusted cooperation with the care management, care management and the medical service Ready to use and flexibility Positive attitude to the guidance of trainees and new employees Good PC knowledge and technical understanding Empathy, friendly ways of dealing and respectful behavior Collaboration readiness, team capacity, flexibility Willingness to continue and further education Identification with the corporate concept and the care concept
