Operational Excellence Manager (m/f/d)

Cross-disciplinary development of the LEAN and Operational Excellence Strategy under the auspices of the global OpEx team Development, implementation and continuous development of the LEAN and Operational Excellence Roadmap at the site Analysis of processes and identification of optimization potentials taking into account economic relationships Selection, introduction and support of Lean methods (5S, value flow analysis, problem solution, shop floor management, etc.) Structure and maintenance of key-number systems (OEE, throughput times, stocks, costs) as well as design of daily management dashboards and routines Promote and track Cost‐Savings‐, Cost Avoidance and Return‐Increase Projects Accompanying digitalization projects, developing automated evaluations and dashboards Management and coordination of projects to increase efficiency and reduce waste (e.g. production, quality and supply chain processes) Monitoring of relevant KPI and ensuring target achievement including Detection of corrective measures Promoting LEAN and OpEx competencies through coaching, workshops and knowledge transfer and support in the practical implementation of improvement measures. Cross-departmental cooperation to exchange best practices and promote continuous improvements Supporting the management team in the annual location strategy process, deriving improvement initiatives and tracking their target achievement Ensuring compliance with internal standards and continuous reporting to management

Complete studies in industrial engineering, production engineering or comparable Multiannual experience in LEAN Management and Operational Excellence, ideal in an international environment Expertise in implementing KVP/ lean management tools such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping & Design, Problem Solution Certification in Lean Methods (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt of Advantage) and safe handling of digital tools (MES, dashboard solutions, SAP) Funded knowledge in process analysis, project management and KPI control Embossed communication and moderation capabilities for workshops and coaching Embossed analytical, structured and self-responsible procedures Ready to actively accompany and advance continuous changes in the working environment German and English skills
