Business Analyst Assortment Management (m/w/d)

You are responsible for building and defining a reporting system and analysis instruments to control our assortment They develop a suitable KPI set for controlling the range You take over the implementation of the reporting in Qlick-Sense They conduct assortment analyses (e.g. ABC analyses, cover contribution analyses, assortment gaps) to derive strategic recommendations for product management They develop concepts for assortment creation in close cooperation with product management, sales and purchasing You are responsible for benchmarking with competitors and the analysis of market and industry data They maintain close cooperation with the interface departments in managing, introducing or adapting assortments They present analysis results and action recommendations against management.

Complete study of economics, business informatics or a comparable qualification Professional experience in business analysis, product management or assortment management - ideally in building materials trading or trading environment Excellent analytical skills and a good sense of numbers, markets and customer needs Secure handling of BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik), Excel and ideally experience with ERP systems (especially SAP) Structured, solution-oriented operation and high degree of self-initiative Communication strength and ability to cooperate with different disciplines
