To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for Team Lead Payroll & Time In this role, home office and mobile work within Germany are possible on a total of 9 days/month (based on a full-time activity). You guide your team professionally and disciplinaryly and are responsible for the correct and smooth running of all operational tasks within the Payroll and Time Economy area. You ensure service excellence by defining and developing standards and workflows. You control specialist projects and act as an interface to other disciplines. Your tasks include governance and reporting, including the creation of functional requirements for the DAW Group and control of process maintenance. You ensure compliance and implementation of existing and new legal, tariff and operational regulations. You make sure your team works professionally at the heart of time by promoting further education through participation in regular training programs and training.

You have a successful degree or equivalent qualification. You bring strong leadership and interface skills and already have experience in the successful leadership of a team in operational personnel. You have extensive, applied expertise in pay accounting and time management as well as experience in optimizing process processes and creating functional requirements. You are familiar with the systems SAP HCM and Workday. You have an in-depth knowledge of legal and contractual requirements at the interface between time management and payroll accounting. You are characterized by excellent communication skills, problem-solving competence and a strategic way of thinking. You have fluent German and English skills, knowledge of another foreign language of advantage.
