Co-responsibility for ensuring a warm, discreet, professional service from welcome to guests' adoption

Complete all work in the respective layer

Ensuring the necessary mise en place and the proper execution of the gourmet restaurant

Acquisition of safe knowledge of food and beverages, including open wines, day offers and special promotions

Advice and sale of food and beverages

Proper booking of all processes via the Gastronovi cash register

reception and forwarding of guest complaints to the restaurant management/shift management

Communication with the kitchen department via special guest wishes or required food

if possible successfully completed training for the restaurant specialist or Hotel specialist

German and English knowledge – ideally also French knowledge to serve our international guests all around
