You are responsible for the entire sales cycle from the proactive acquisition of new business customers to the successful conclusion of the contract. You analyze individual customer requirements and provide expert advice on our IT solutions in the fields of document, print and process management. As a central contact person, you build long-term relationships with your existing and new customers and ensure their satisfaction. You create customised offers, negotiate contracts and document Your sales successes carefully in our ERP system. You present our solution portfolio convincingly to customers on site or remotely and show the concrete added value for their business processes.

You already have first professional experience in sales, ideally in the IT field or field of field of external services. You bring a high IT affinity and ideally you already know with ERP systems or topics such as document and process management. With your communication strength and negotiation skills, you advise customers at eye level and build sustainable relationships. You work quickly into new topics, are well organized and keep track of complex offers. You speak and write German at a safe level.
