Your tasks include:

• Pre- and follow-up of events (hotel query, lecture briefing, participant management and creation of subscriber documents)
• Invoicing and processing of mail
• Written and telephone customer support in German and English
• Coordination of services and complaint processing
• Takeover of reservation management (check-in/check-out, reception activities etc.)
• Planning, organizing and performing events
