Welder TIG / MAG / E – Special Materials (m/f/d)

Your tasks as welder WIG / MAG / E – Special materials:

• Implementation of welding work in the WIG, MAG and E-Hand welding process
• Processing of special materials such as P91, X20, copper, Avesta, nickel and titanium
• Welding in apparatus, container, pipeline and steel construction
• Work by welding instructions (WPS), technical drawings and process regulations
• preparation and control of welds and professional joint preparation
• Selection and use of suitable welding additives, burners and nozzles
• Installation, operation and monitoring of welding systems
• Ensuring high welding seam quality as well as detecting and lifting welding errors
• Implementation of quality and visual inspections in the field of work
• Compliance with all applicable safety, quality and environmental regulations (HSEQ)

Your profile as welder WIG / MAG / E – Special materials:

• Complete vocational training as a welder or comparable qualification
• Ideally, you already have professional experience in the above mentioned field of work
• Handicraft skills and technical understanding and an accurate working method
• You always pay attention to compliance with all HSEQ policies and safety requirements
• Valid occupational health care or Suitability study desirable
• Applicant/welded pass/passage
• Safe handling of personal protective equipment (PSA)
• Experience in safe working, even in tight spaces and in fire hazard activities
