With your expertise, you take on the overall strategic and operational responsibility for the administration and the central services – with a clear focus on finance and controlling. Developing as a controlling manager with responsibility for 6 employees You are a transparent financial planning, responsible budgeting and forecasting, are continuously expanding a meaningful controlling and reporting system and take over the economic management of the organization – including economic analysis, cost center accounting and key figures development. In close cooperation with the management, cost and service providers, auditors and internal and external partners, you support strategic decision-making processes and ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements. In addition, you actively shape the further development of the administrative processes, in particular in the areas of quality management and digitization, and promote cross-disciplinary, constructive cooperation.

A completed study – for example the business management, management management or social economy – or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your technical expertise. Multiannual professional and leadership experience in the social economy, in particular in the financial and controlling environment, will bring you with you as well as sound knowledge of the framework conditions of non-profit organisations. Experience in quality management, process optimization and digitization projects – combined with a strong economic understanding, high sense of responsibility and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
