You have a completed degree (Bachelor/Diplom/Master) of the disciplines Architecture, Civil Engineering or Economic Engineering or comparable. Further requirements: They ideally have a multi-year professional experience after successful completion of studies in the real estate industry, preferably in the field of civil engineering They have knowledge of relevant relevant legal provisions (e.g. HOAI, VOB, etc.) The common Microsoft Office tools will surely control you They are characterized by a structured, careful and targeted way of working They are a team-oriented personality with enforcement strength and strong customer orientation You are able to run a service car and have a valid class B licence They bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € - approx. 80.300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
