To strengthen our HR team at our headquarters in Hiddenhausen we are looking for you HR Business Partner (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in parttime with about 20 hours/wtl.

They are competent contact persons for executives, employees and works councils in all labour law and personal issues across the entire Employee Lifecycle You take over individual and collectively legal matters independently and bring your comprehensive labour law knowledge into line with the creation of business agreements You initiate and control HR projects proactive They drive forward the continuous development of our HR processes and create sustainable personal economic structures

You have a successfully completed master's degree with a focus on staff or work law You have at least five years of professional experience in independent operational and strategic personnel work and in dealing with commercial and commercial employees in an industrial environment They bring very good knowledge of the right to work and to work and to apply relevant legal requirements as well as current jurisdiction safely They are used to independently process complex personal and labour matters and have the competence to make informed decisions independently They work with a high degree of initiative, sense of responsibility and solution orientation They flexibly respond to new requirements and also act sovereignly in challenging situations They communicate clearly, targeted and addressable with different target groups You will enjoy continuous professional and personal development and the co-design of modern HR structures You are routined in handling MS Office 365 You are ready to travel occasionally on duty
