Construction Financing Advisor (m/f/d)

Sales & Acquise: You do not start at zero. You benefit from a large, already existing lead pipeline and process qualified, purchased leads. In addition to this, you will be responsible for both branch and stock customers and build your own network through your commitment and our strong recommendation business.

Full advice: You conduct qualified consultations in our modern Baufi Hub in Munich or by phone.

Future orientation: You actively implement and use modern video consulting tools to support customers wherever possible.

Process management: You advise your customers comprehensively and assemble the complete credit file. The subsequent transfer to our internal quality assurance takes place via clear interfaces, so that you can concentrate fully on your sales goals.

With design: You are not a small wheel in the transmission, but actively contribute their expertise to develop structures and processes at our new Munich site together with us.

We are looking for personalities with bite that understand the construction of our Munich site as a chance. (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification.

Expertise: Multiannual experience in customer consulting, ideally in the building finance sector.

Knowledge: Funded knowledge of credit and basic knowledge of tax and legal issues.

For senior roles in addition: at least 5 years of experience, security in the placement of complex financing solutions and joy in mentoring our junior consultants.
