Project Manager for Structural Engineering

We are looking for you as project manager:in Oberbau (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Berlin site. Your tasks:

The quality, budget and timely implementation of your superstructure projects is your responsibility and is based on technical standards, applicable guidelines and legal requirements Predicting project risks, taking advantage of opportunities actively and taking appropriate countermeasures early on Policy-compliant project management is applied in your projects, orders are tested and coordinated with the client:inside, and all requirements from building supervision and EU law are reliably adhered to Resources are targeted, project participants are professionally managed and communication with customers, authorities and internal interfaces is made clear and binding You conduct contract and follow-up negotiations within the scope of your powers, purchase services economically and secure an active claim and anti-claim management Planning and managing budgets, maintaining project-related data and providing transparent reports are part of your structured project controlling You accompany projects through all stages of planning and implementation, ensure environmental and nature protection requirements, initiate approval processes, and transfer completed measures to the plant managers in compliance with the regulations

Your profile:

The basis of your career is a completed study in civil engineering, in industrial engineering with a focus on construction or in a comparable technical field. You bring first experience in project management, planning or construction of infrastructure projects and know common processes and technical relationships Structured, solution-oriented and analytical work will help you safely control complex project requirements Communication strength is one of your strengths and allows you a clear and sovereign coordination with clients:inside, authorities, planning partners and internal teams You have knowledge of relevant rules such as the HOAI or VOB The safe handling of digital tools such as MS Office, SAP, iTWO as well as appointment and risk management systems is part of your professional work As part of your corporate responsibility, you take occupational safety and environmental protection seriously and always treat conscientious, cooperative and quality-oriented
