Full tax support and assessment of issues in ongoing business operations and the development of practical solutions in national and international tax and corporate tax law Tax auditing and assessment of national and international treaties and support for employees Completion of transactions, restructuring and company law measures Review of annual accounts and tax returns for private and private companies in the international context Tax support and further development of foreign subsidiaries and central interface function to national and international tax advisors:inside and external consultants:inside Participation in the design and development of billing price systems Support in building and implementing a Tax Compliance Management System (Tax CMS) Integration into Group-wide topics, in particular in the field of consolidation Participation in the construction and professional support of a support function in the control area (referent:in / assistance)

Account Manager (m/w/d) Knowledge of national tax law and ideally practical experience in international tax law Very good knowledge of German and knowledge of English in word and writing Safe handling of current MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel Ability to work independently, structured and responsible High level of resilience, initiative and decision-making Embossed team and communication skills as well as a sovereign and professional appearance
