We, in the team Z3 and joining technology, are responsible for the production of the components in the flex cells. These challenges include: Support for operational engineers in ensuring quality and availability targets in ongoing series production Working in the daily shopfloor rounds Participation in the preparation, control and implementation of operational tests in production Working with the optimization of production plants and workflows, especially when commissioning for succession series Participation in the planning and standardization of production techniques (e.g. resistance spot welding, laser soldering, bolt welding, adhesive bonding and clinches) Application of digital analysis and evaluation tools The activity can start from October 2026.
