Service Technician Rotor Blade - Wind Energy (m/f/d)

You carry out inspection, maintenance and repair work on rotor blades of wind turbines or other components, such as tower or gondola, at home and abroad You analyze and evaluate damage to rotor blades and initiate appropriate repair measures You repair GRP and CFRP components professionally, perform core material and laminating work, process surfaces and replace or equip aerodynamic components such as vortex generators and Serrations You check and repair lightning protection systems on rotor blades You document the work comprehensible through meaningful damage and repair images and fill repair reports as well as application documentation from You maintain safety, quality and environmental standards and work closely within the service teams and with the project managers

You have completed technical or craft training in the field of fiber composites, such as plastic technicians:in or boatbuilders:in You have technical understanding and craftsmanship You are height-fitting and enjoy working You are ready to travel for missions in Germany and abroad You have a strong sense of security and work independently and responsibly You have good knowledge of German and/or English You bring team spirit, reliability and an independent way of working You have a class B driving license and ideally the class BE You are familiar with the processing of fiber composites and have experience in the field of rotor blade service, wind energy or in a comparable technical environment You have experience with rotor blade landing systems and have GWO trainings and/or SCC/VCA certification
