Purchasing Clerk - IT Procurement / Suppliers (m/f/d)

You accompany all purchase processes for hardware and software, equipment and office articles at commercial level. You coordinate the ordering processes smoothly with our suppliers. You set up product master data, keep it constantly and reliably manage our stock. You carry out your own credit assessments of our customers. You order all third-party order components on time and consistently monitor the agreed deliveries and services. You prepare the shipment of our preconfigured hardware conscientiously.

You have a successfully completed commercial training. You bring proven professional experience in purchasing. You are experienced and confident in the negotiation and in the daily exchange with suppliers and customers. You have well-founded MS Office skills, with you being absolutely text-proof and routined, especially in Microsoft Excel.
