At our location in Hamburg, we are looking for you as an experienced company customer servicer*in real estate financing for our regionally organized team sustainable residential and commercial real estate. The incorporation during the first about three months can take place in part at a different location of GLS Bank (e.g. Berlin or Bochum) to ensure good support. In your function, you perform the following tasks: You fully support the concerns of our new and existing customers, from project planning to realization of complex financing structures, in particular for community and sustainable real estate projects as well as persistent housing companies. You perform relevant tasks in the context of the credit business (including the creation of votes, evaluation of economic conditions, development of financing offers) – also in cooperation with the market success. You exercise your credit competencies responsibly as part of the customer relationship. You maintain and intensify existing customer relationships and actively acquire new customers in the area of sustainable residential and commercial real estate. You help customers to integrate funding, equity partners and public funding sources. You give impetus to the further development of the GLS offers, participate as a regional representative of GLS Bank in events and maintain contacts with multipliers and institutions. You support the team in the successful further development of the content topics and jointly take responsibility for an property-specific topic.

Ideally, you have: a bank training with additional training to the banking specialist or a similar qualification, such as a study and well-founded experience in the care of demanding corporate clients and/or real estate projects safe handling of business performance indicators, balance sheets and financial statements as well as project-related financial models strong understanding of the need financing of corporate customers, in particular in the area of sustainable real estate (e.g. green buildings, energetic renovations, quarter developments). For this position, an annual income of between 74,000 – 85,000 euros is provided, plus possible social supplements.
