Disciplinary leadership of a team of approximately 13 employees Managing work packages with strategic service providers, including KPI monitoring Acting as an interface between other departments and customers topics related to structural analysis and weight Ensuring achievement in terms of deadlines, costs and quality Personnel and team development, including recruiting, training, and planning career
