For our work in Viersen-Dülken we are looking for EMPLOYMENT (M/W/D) Immerse yourself in a real M&A and Carve-out process at management level and work closely with top management. In this role, you act with your hands-on mentality as an analytical Sparring partner, create transparency through sound evaluations and actively shape a strategically important transformation process. It offers a steep learning curve, high visibility and a variety of development perspectives.

Support in the planning, control and implementation of the Carve-out project Support in the creation and follow-up of TSA regulations (Transition Service Agreements) Cooperation in the implementation of separation and transition plans Preparation of decision-relevant documents for the management, including presentations, reports and status reports Preparation and moderation of project meetings, workshops and status rounds Tracking Project Milestones, Dependencies and Risks Analysis of process sequences and identification of optimization potentials

Successfully completed studies of economics, economic engineering, finance or comparable training First experience in project management, consulting, M&A, controlling or in transformation projects Ideally first contact points with carve-outs, post-merger integration or restructuring MS-Office knowledge Very good knowledge of German and English Impressed communication skills and safe occurrence in dealing with management and consultants
