Team Leader Commercial Department / Team Leader Finance (m/f/d)

Team management & organisation: Professional leadership, coordination and prioritization of the commercial daily business as well as ensuring deadlines, representations and procedures. Financial & Liquidity Control: Coordination of Debitor/Creditor Processes, Payment Courses and Continuous Creation of the Liquidity Overview. Completion & Reporting: preparation of the monthly financial statements, creation of standard evaluation, plausibility of numbers and deviation analyses for management. Operational project controlling: maintenance of construction accounts, performance reports, billing levels and control of dunning and guaranteeing. Process optimization & interface: further development of commercial processes and central interface to construction management, branches and HR.

Education: Successfully completed commercial studies (e.g. business management) or commercial training with sound training (e.g. specialist, accounting officer). Professional experience: several years of well-founded experience in the commercial sector – ideally in the construction industry or a project-oriented environment. Leadership competence: First leadership experience or demonstrable qualification for professional leadership and motivation of an interdisciplinary team. Analytical strength: High numerical understanding, structured working methods and a pronounced sense of time, risks and commercial relationships. Communication: Enforced, binding occurrence and clear communication capability at interfaces. Knowledge of the building law of the BGB and the VOB are advantageous
