Your tasks

• Development and implementation of individual participation plans for our residents in cooperation with the team
• Cooperation with members and external institutions
• daily care
• Reference service
• Implementation of Person-centred Integrated Participation Planning (PIT)
• Implementation of social therapeutic measures
• Advice and care of people with mental or mental disability

Your profile

• Complete study of social work, education or comparable qualification
• Complete vocational training for:

Ergotherapist/in

Trainer/in

Heilerziehungspfleger/-in 

Social education/inSocial worker Working therapist**

• experience in working with mentally ill people, ideally in integration aid and participation planning (PIT)
• Ability to reflect and constructive cooperation in the team
• Knowledge of documentation and basic understanding of quality management
