You take full responsibility for the M&A execution as soon as a mandate is won: End-to-End Control of Sell-Side Transactions: Creation of IM and Longlist, Marketing / Buyer Address, Management Meetings / LOI, Accompanying Due Diligence to Closing Leadership of complex negotiation processes between seller and buyer side Close care of our clients throughout the entire process – you are the face and central contact person for our clients and speak their language Build your own team Optimization and development of processes in the field of M&A consulting using digital CRM and project management tools Sparring partner for our founder in strategic issues and the further development of the company Care and support of investors as well as expanding our investor database Substantive support in sales through your expertise (e.g. corporate assessment, market understanding)

Mind. 5 years of relevant professional experience in M&A, Transaction Advisory, Financial Due Diligence, Investment Banking, Private Equity, etc. Very good academic degree in economics or comparable (ideally with focus on finance, M&A or controlling) Detectionable Deal Experience: Own-sponsored accompaniment of several completed M&A transactions including direct client contact Very good understanding of M&A mechanisms and transaction structures, in particular corporate assessment, financial models, accounting (HGB), deal design and contract mechanics Embossed negotiation skills and experience in leading challenging negotiations Strong customer orientation and empathy: You like to work with entrepreneurs and go proactively to people Hands-on mentality: You get to the phone rather than the e-mail Ideally existing network: to relevant buyers in the German market (private equity, strategic investors etc.) Entrepreneurial mindset and high self-motivation Very good knowledge of German and English
