Our offer for adult patients includes a clinic with 325 beds at the Ingolstadt headquarters, day-clinical places at the Ingolstadt and Eichstätt sites, as well as a variety of outpatient services. independent processing of personnel matters from entry to exit taking into account the applicable laws and the collective agreement for a specific employee group Advising employees in all personnel matters and providing information on labour, tax and social insurance issues Management and maintenance of personal files including the conversion to digital personal files Preparation and control of payrolls with P & I Loga Support for personnel projects

completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification, ideally with continuing training in the personnel sector, e.g. First professional experience in human resources safe labour law knowledge and knowledge of social security and tax law Knowledge of public tariff law (TVöD-VKA) is advantageous routined handling of Microsoft Office programs and HR software, ideally P & I Loga intercultural competence, good communication and team skills, high commitment and strong organizational talent fast conception and an independent, independent and conscientious working style and discretion
