Our offer is based on the needs of clients, whether in the areas of advice, work, assistance, leisure or living. Thus we create a holistic and demand-oriented supply.

Our dedicated team of nursing staff and nursing assistants accompanies clients in the context of a 1:1 assignment directly in their home environment – sensitive, respectful and at eye level.

We are currently looking for our client in Chemnitz-Grüna

Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)

for the 1:1 occupation. It is a 24-hour support in everyday life through assistance and care.

Our client about herself:

“I am a doctor (currently incapable of work), 40 years old and mother of three children (14,11 and 9 years old). We live everyday life with various hobbies, weekend dates, spontaneity and joy of creativity in various areas (play instruments, go swimming, meet friends, are in nature, cook and bake like).

The reason for the necessary care is a rare autoimmune disease called Myasthenia gravis. Depending on the day's constitution, the muscles deplete differently quickly and strongly across the body. There are days with plenty of active activities, but in the meantime physical exhaustion with need for rest periods and wheelchairs/aids.

Here you come into play:

An active everyday life is possible by replacing “arms and legs” as soon as my muscles are exhausted due to illness, and monitoring and accompanying them in accordance with specific instructions for action.’

Your tasks at our client:

• independent Implementation of basic and treatment care according to the individual needs of the client
• you monitor the health status of our client, e.g. with Pulsoxymeter measurements for muskular exhaustion and reapplied to changes
• reliable documentation of all care operations including results and concrete measures for monitoring and care
• you take over economic activities
• you accompany our client and their children for leisure activities or on holiday trips and contribute to quality of life and participation

• completed training in nursing, e.g. as age caregiver, health caregiver, nursing caregiver or nurse
• respectful and reluctant accompaniment when compensating for pure physical disability
• Freude in dealing with children and in shaping joint activities
• you have a guide certificate class B and are ready to drive even larger vehicles safely (e.g. for trips or holiday trips)
• you are ready to work in 12-hour service or 3-shift service
• you carry our Christian values, regardless of your own confession
