These challenges include: Takeover of important tasks in technical change management

Processing of technical content for management dates and presentations

Support in the preparation and follow-up of training and design of training content with digital formats

Support and implementation of change circles

Maintaining our communication channels, such as social intranet, newsletters, web-based trainings and image videos, ideally AI-based

The activity can begin from May 2026.

Study programme in the field of engineering or a comparable degree programme

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office, AI skills are advantageous

Entrepreneurial/Strategic Thinking
