Lawyer Public Commercial Law – Public Procurement and Contract Law (m/f/d)

From the outset, you take responsibility and work closely with experienced colleagues. In particular, you expect: advise contracting authorities and tenderers in demanding procurement procedures of different procurement markets; the design, examination and negotiation of contracts and the processing of other public economic law issues; representation of our clients in statutory audit procedures and in legal proceedings before the general courts; Participation in legally and economically significant projects, in particular in the areas of mobility, infrastructure and public procurement.

You will fit us if you are legally well-founded, solution-oriented and are happy to work with demanding advice. Ideally, you will bring: successfully completed first and second state exams; interest in economic relations and quality-oriented counselling; commitment, initiative and a structured way of working; joy in team collaboration and a safe and professional appearance; No prior knowledge of procurement law is required. Your interest in public economic law and your willingness to engage in new topics are important to us.
