Foreman - Construction Coordination / Interface / Control (m/f/d)

You are the independent interface between the construction line and the construction site After consultation with the construction management, You coordinate and control all subcontractors and works You carry out the presence and personnel controls of subcontractors and trades You control the performance of subcontractors in coordination with the construction management You are responsible for the control and maintenance of the construction site equipment and the compliance with accident prevention regulations You create simple construction site documentation as a basis for performance assessments of contractors and control simple mass and power intermediates in consultation with the construction management You perform small craft activities within the framework of the above mentioned points and act as an information bridge between the construction site and the builder / the building management

You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a polisher (m/w/d) or in a comparable position You are a working student:in the field of civil engineering or architecture and have completed a bachelor's degree as well as a craftsman's degree You work independently and have leadership You are team-ready and solution-oriented You have experiences in refurbishment You are available for the 18 months deadline
