Program/Project Planner (m/f/d)

You take over the full programming and project planning throughout all phases The responsible creation and maintenance of cross-departmental project planning overviews and milestone plans – from the supply phase to the end of the contract – is within your task and forms the basis for planning, controlling and tracking the projects You support the project core team in the subsequent project execution and contribute to compliance with the defined project objectives In close coordination with overarching departments, you create the KWKG order cards responsible for the project departments A very close and coordinated cooperation with project employees (m/w/d), manufacturing areas as well as other internal and external bodies belongs to your working day You create expertise reports, relevant analyses and meaningful reporting The planning and implementation of expertise meetings and active participation in project, manufacturing and development meetings are your responsibility Determine requirements for future projects when declaring assemblies or parts Take into account relevant planning key figures such as project progress, date or plan deviations You agree with internal stakeholders to continuously optimize project planning processes in the company Create decision templates as the basis of strategic decisions The responsible determination of the critical path in project planning taking into account project, program and production information as well as relevant framework conditions (e.g. requirements of KNDS or contracting entities) is also part of your task field In the event of conflicts of appointment, changes or newly initiated measures, you will take over the communication, coordination and initiation of coordinated action with all the bodies involved.
