Deputy Head of Finished Goods Warehouse (m/f/d)

As an employee* in our warehouse, you are responsible, together with your colleagues, for managing our 50,000 pallets in such a way that the raw materials and packaging as well as the finished end products are always at the place where You are just needed.

Personnel management and deployment planning (including shift classification and support for employees, trainees and trainees) Organization and monitoring of logistical processes (loading, picking, storage strategy, space distribution and empty pallet handling) Coordination and close coordination with internal and external interfaces (including production, assembly, order acquisition, foreign companies, shift leaders and Pförtnerei) Ensuring quality and efficient problem solving (processing of complaints, monitoring of WMS/MFR topics, testing equipment monitoring and monitoring of audits and rounds) Responsibility for occupational safety and training (implementation of instruction, accident prevention and analysis) Takeover of additional functions (e.g. waste officer, FFZ officer) and organisation of warehouse cleaning

Successfully completed training in the warehouse or logistics sector or a degree in logistics, supply chain management or comparable Ideally multi-year experience in the area of finished goods warehouses and warehouse management First experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of employees desirable as well as a safe occurrence in the management of teams Good computer skills, preferably in handling warehouse management systems Additional qualifications of advantage, e.g. as waste officers, first aids or high-rises A structured, responsible and solution-oriented way of working and enjoying actively shaping processes
