International Sales Manager MIL / LE (m/f/d)

You take over the independent control and further development of our international sales activities in the area of Defense & Law Enforcement in the associated country. You keep your goals in mind and ensure that sales potentials are fully exploited and growth targets are achieved. Plan ahead: sales planning, forecasts and regular reports for your markets are part of your daily business. You build strong, long-term customer relationships and develop existing partnerships strategically – at the same time, you actively develop new customers on site. Together with the department and department management, you develop tailor-made sales and market strategies and successfully bring them into implementation. You have the market under control: competitive and market analyses are used to identify opportunities and meet risks at an early stage. You represent our company at international trade fairs and events and actively organise their organization. With enthusiasm you will present our solutions: product presentations and the communication of complex content are among your strengths. You accompany market launches of new products and ensure a successful start in your markets.

Your profile - Part I You have a commercial training, an economic study or a comparable qualification. You bring first sales experience and want to get started properly in the sales area – in any case you have real hunger for results and growth. You think entrepreneurial, act autonomously and have a sense of how real revenues become from opportunities. Your profile - Part II You are interested in international markets and technically demanding products, ideally in the defense or security environment. You communicate safely in English – other languages are your additional advantage in the international game. You are happy to travel and see travel not as an effort, but as part of your success in the market. You do not work alongside others, but with them: teamwork and cross-disciplinary cooperation are of course for you. You convince by a safe, professional appearance – whether at the customer, at trade fairs, in presentations and also product presentations. You combine negotiation skills, communication strength and final orientation with a clear “Make-it-happen” mentality.
