For our customers, an internationally active company in Ludwigsburg in the field of electromobility and energy transition, we are looking for an experienced IT coordinator (m/w/d). If you address challenges in the management and optimization of system landscapes with passion and expertise, we look forward to your application! IT-Coordinator (m/w/d) - hybrid work (remote & presence)

Your tasks: • First contact point for IT requests and technical problems of employees • Installation, configuration, installation and maintenance of hardware, software and networks at work • Support in implementing IT security policies and procedures • Cooperation with the IT provider in case of security incidents • Training for employees on IT topics and new technologies • Participation and support in IT projects to optimize infrastructure and processes • Coordination and communication with external IT service providers for smooth IT operation

Your qualifications: • Complete IT training (e.g. specialist in system integration) or a comparable qualification • Multiannual professional experience, preferably in a manufacturing company • Funded knowledge of the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT hardware and software • Knowledge of virtualization and cloud services are beneficial • Experience in cooperation with external IT service providers • Knowledge of how to use Windows and/or Linux operating systems • Good knowledge of English
