We are looking for an online marketing manager (m/w/d) for our location in Gelsenkirchen, which enhances our organic visibility, develops SEO & SEA strategies and brings our website forward in search results. As a growing company with over 12 years of experience, 100,000 customers and a state-of-the-art 4,000 m production hall, we are among the most important players in the printing industry. Your know-how in online marketing helps to further expand our online presence and continue our successful course. You are responsible for the strategy, the development and analysis of our online marketing activities.

Strategic development of SEO and SEA Development of a long-term SEA & SEO strategy for sustainable scaling of our advertising measures

Planning, control and continuous optimization of SEA campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) for our products and services

Continuous observation of market trends, competitors and new features in Google Ads & Bing Ads

Testing new advertising formats and strategies for developing further potentials

Performance Analysis & Control Continuous monitoring and analysis of website performance with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other SEO tools

Conducting SEO audits and deriving concrete measures to improve rankings

Analysis of KPIs, Conversion Council and Budget Distribution to Maximize ROAS

A/B Testing of Ads, Landingpages and Bid Strategies for Performance Strength

Continuous process optimization Optimization of landing pages, product pages and blog articles by SEO Best Practices

Identification and implementation of technical SEO improvements (load times, indexing, structured data)

Development and implementation of an effective keyword strategy

Implementation and improvement of structured data for better trackability

Must-Have Complete training or studies in marketing, digital media, e-commerce or comparable qualifications

At least 5 years of professional experience in online marketing

Safe handling of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Sistrix or SEMrush and content management systems

Knowledge of how to control and optimize SEA campaigns with Google Ads & Bing Ads

Analytical and data-driven thinking with focus on strategic development and control of measures

Desirable (of advantage, but no duty) Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager

Experience with AI-based SEO tools and automation of SEO processes

Experience with display and YouTube advertising

Knowledge of Scripting (Google Ads Scripts, Python) to automate campaigns
