Trainer and Team Leader Customer Service Center (m/f/d)

Coach: Your main tasks include the design, implementation and follow-up of training measures for employees, in close coordination with the trainer team of all locations. You can work at our locations in Kehl or Bornheim. Leadership: You make sure that the quality and performance of the operative employees are correct, workflows and communication are running around and the personnel deployment planning is sitting. Coach: As a coach, you conduct feedback talks that trigger changes and lead to the further development of your employees. Colleague: You are responsible for a smooth operation, supported in escalation cases, and are in the position of a backup in the day-to-day business - as required and reliable. Team: Your team consists of German- and mostly French-speaking colleagues who take over support for our Swiss markets and the online shop.

Foundation: The basis for your work with us is a technical or commercial study or comparable training. Key figures are not a foreign word: You are aware of the goals in the customer service center, know the numbers and can derive the appropriate measures from them. Leadership and Training: You have well-founded training and coaching skills? Top management experience? Better. Methods: Training methods and communication models are best known from practice and not just on paper. Communication: You know how to talk to customers and employees - professional, clear and solution-oriented. Language skills: You can easily show your communication skills - in German and French (native).
