We from OXG Glas GmbH build and operate a fast and reliable fiber optic network for all over Germany. Over a period of six years, we will supply about seven million households in Germany with glass fibers. We invest up to seven billion euros in standardized broadband solutions and innovative FTTH expansion.

You take over the operational control of external sales partners for the collection of funerals in the area. You actively shape the further development of the sales partner organisation – from the acquisition of new partners to the optimization of existing cooperations. You are responsible for sales and marketing successes in concrete FTTH expansion projects. You work close to the market, have direct contact with partners, customers and internal interfaces and see the results of your work in real network expansion.

You have several years of professional experience in direct sales – ideally in the B2C or B2B environment – as well as in the control of external sales representatives. You have detectable experience in interface management, especially in dealing with customers and external partners, and convince by clear, binding communication. You bring expertise and market knowledge in telecommunications, ideally in the area of FTTH (Fiber to the Home). You like to work in the team, take responsibility and rely on us to do so. You feel comfortable in multicultural teams, are sure to perform and are strong in German and English. A completed university degree or comparable training with an economic focus completes your profile.
