Your working environment The Federal Agency for Labour, together with the municipal agencies, operates around 300 job centers nationwide. The tasks of the job center are primarily the performance parole and the placement in work and training. The customers are often burdened by complex problems. The aim is always to enable return to working life and social participation. As a specialist assistant/in entrance zone, you are the first contact person or the first contact person for customers and form an important interface to other departments, such as the brokerage or performance parole. Become part of the team and provide a varied service with personal customer contact.

Your tasks and activities -- You receive notifications and applications in cases of unemployment, training and job search and keep in mind the deadlines set. -- If necessary, give the necessary documents (e.g. application documents). -- You collect and update the customer's data in the IT process. -- In addition, you will answer general questions of our customers (e.g. provide information on conditions for performance claims and other concerns). -- you arrange consultations with the employment agency and the service department. -- Outside the office hours you take over administrative activities (e.g. post processing).

They will bring -- completed vocational training (ideally in the commercial sector) -- as an alternative, an average degree of education and an at least two-year professional experience, with tasks and requirements comparable to the written activity

We also value -- a positive basic attitude towards all people and a high acceptance of the social security system in the Federal Republic of Germany -- IT affinity or the willingness to work on new IT procedures -- customer orientation and service readiness -- pronounced communication skills, sensitivity and a friendly appearance
