Intern Industrials Marketing (m/f/d)

In our 360-degree newsroom environment, we position Roland Berger as a strong brand, promote our products and know-how specifically to media, potential customers, and other stakeholders. We plan integrated campaigns, organize events and develop creative communication concepts. This position combines strategic marketing with targeted sales activities at a global level – for our Industrials platform, which covers, among other things, the automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Electrics & Electronics, Chemicals, Construction and Capital Goods. Your focus is on developing the marketing activities strategically, sharpening the profile of the area and implementing effective measures. You work closely with the entire Industrials team – not for individual partners, but for the entire platform. This strengthens the link between marketing and corporate strategy and actively shapes the future of marketing in the industrial sector. Sounds exciting? Then get involved and support our team from August 2026 for at least six months. Your duties include: Supporting marketing cooperation between different platforms. Participation in the organization of and invitation to platform events. Increase the visibility of the platform on social media by designing and implementing newsletters and customer emails. Creating regular marketing updates and spreading best practices as well as new marketing approaches to promoting knowledge transfer within the platform. Use of marketing tools such as Oktopost for targeted measures. Updating marketing-related lists and CRM data as well as transferring qualified marketing contacts to the platform.
