REQUIREMENTS

• In your leadership role, you will report directly to the management and take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of a small team of 5 accountants and 2 controllers.
• You are responsible for the proper accounting according to HGB including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and are actively supporting yourself.
• They cooperate in the operational field within the creditor, debitor and asset accounting, including dunning and payment transactions.
• They are in constant coordination with the parent company's group controlling, create or monitor budgets and carry out financial evaluations and forecasts.
• For strategic policy decisions, consult internally with analyses and recommendations on all areas or areas. Areas of expertise and work with external stakeholders (tax consultants, auditors, etc.).
• They ensure the further development of the accounting processes with regard to the effectiveness of the internal control system, compliance and efficiency using digitization solutions.

PROFIL

• Whether commercial vocational training or business studies with a focus on financial and accounting, you have gained extensive experience in medium-sized companies.
• You have already successfully managed a team in the financial sector; If you do not yet have a direct leadership experience, you still have a clear picture of how you want to structure and set up your area organizationally based on your previous activity.
• They bring well-founded and applied knowledge in accounting according to HGB and German tax law.
