Technical management and further development of the nursing area in the Landesverband Niedersachsen/Bremen Consultation and support of care institutions and regional associations in technical, organisational and economic issues Development, implementation and evaluation of national standards, concepts and quality instruments Analysis of monthly and annual results of care services and derivation and control of appropriate measures Technical support and participation in nursing and further complex negotiations, as well as the preparation of reports, analyses and decision-making templates Participation in the strategic orientation of the business unit as well as active cooperation in bodies, projects and in the further development of processes and structures

Complete university studies in healthcare, nursing management, nursing science, business management or comparable qualification Multiannual professional and leadership experience in nursing or healthcare, ideally at a higher level Funded business expertise (controlling, budget management, cost-effectiveness analyses) as well as very good knowledge of the legal and structural conditions of care Secure handling of IT, controlling and reporting systems Designed strategic, analytical and solution-oriented thinking and high decision-making and responsibility
