In-House Consultant for SAP Archiving / ILM (m/f/d)

You love it when data is optimally structured, and do you always keep an overview even with huge amounts of data in the SAP environment? Then we're looking for you! Support our 4-person team to make our state-of-the-art SAP systems fit for the future. That's what you expect: System support & Support: You advise and support us in our S/4HANA Retail, FI/CO, CAR and SCM systems in the field of data archiving. Concepts with cups: You develop clever, cross-system archiving and deletion concepts. Design the future: In our RISE move of the SAP system landscape into the cloud, you are actively involved and drive the archiving forward. Interfaces & Tools: You take care of the technical connection to SER/Doxis and DocuWare and have the regular archiving runs firmly under control. Security & Compliance: You make sure that E-Rechnungen are archived in a revision-proof manner according to GoBD and GDPR, and accompany operating checks completely relaxed. Analyze & Optimize: You take SAP table sizes under the magnifying glass and ensue through targeted archiving measures for lean systems. Teamplay: You stand your 4 team-mates at any time in a collegial way and carry out exciting workshops for our departments.

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or comparable IT training. You have deep knowledge in SAP archiving (SARA, ArchiveLink, archiving objects) - even if you already know SAP ILM, the better. The CMIS interface for cloud connections is not strange to you and you're looking for topics like ''RISE with SAP'. You bring experience with PBS products as well as ideally dealing with DMS/ECM systems such as SER Doxis, d.velop or OpenText. You have solid ABAP skills including debugging. You know the relevant requirements such as GoBD, GDPR, HGB and AO. You think analytic, work independently and have fun communicating with different disciplines. You have fluent German language skills in word and writing (CEFR level C1 or higher).
