As a civil engineer*in, you advise and accompany internal projects professionally in building and operating function across all HOAI performance phases. As part project manager and building manager, you take responsibility for the planning and implementation of construction measures at land drainage systems. You coordinate and monitor service providers for new construction and maintenance measures. Last but not least, you are the central contact person at the transfer or Takeover of the drainage systems into the plant inventory.

You have completed a degree in civil engineering with a focus on settlement water management or have a comparable qualification. You will also have experience in the planning and management of deep and engineering projects. With building technology, infrastructure as well as work, health and fire protection, you know the best. You have routine with AutoCAD and Microsoft 365. You can also convince with team and customer orientation as well as an independent and structured way of working.
