In the project management, you are responsible for integrated time and cost management, and you start deviation analyses, forecasts and action recommendations for target risk Preparing regular and regulatory reports on project progress, costs, dates, risks and deviations Preparation of evaluations, presentations and status reports for project management and relevant decision bodies Coordination of timely and quality-oriented production and submission of test and commissioning documents Maintenance and monitoring of project data in the project management systems used and support in quality assurance of data You also work closely with internal and external project participants and support process optimization, resource planning and contract and follow-up processes

Your profile:

Successfully completed technical/university studies as an economic engineer:in, civil engineer:in, traffic engineer:in or another field of study with corresponding professional experience Professional experience in cost- and targeted management of projects, ideally in the construction and/or infrastructure sector Knowledge of the relevant regulations and guidelines as well as the VOB and HOAI are advantageous Funded IT identifiers (MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Project or comparable schedule software) as well as a pronounced IT affinity are advantageous A high level of commitment and flexibility as well as self-confident and competent appearance are among your characteristics You are an organizational institution and you also have a very independent and responsible way of working.
