The interdisciplinary, friendly, 4-member team is currently chaired by the department manager at the staff office. The staff are responsible for the development of urban free space, the development of the urban free space system of the green fingers and the tasks of the cultural and landscape park Piesberg. The space-based climate adaptation with the inter-disciplinary topics of sponge city/swimming landscape as well as the planning and development of green and blue infrastructure elements are the future tasks of the city of Osnabrück.
